Another group of Ukrainian ex-prisoners forcibly removed from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine - already home!

This is another group of Ukrainian ex-prisoners forcibly removed from the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. All of them were illegally and forcibly delivered to correctional institutions of the russian federation and are now miraculously released from russian captivity.

Large-scale and, in most cases, invisible work is being carried out to ensure that this miracle happens regularly and after being released from russian places of captivity, Ukrainian citizens could return home through Georgia.

Everyone was provided with a safe stay for several days in Tbilisi, an agreement on social and legal support was concluded with each newcomer.

Thanks to the readiness for interaction of the Embassy of Ukraine in Georgia, a number of human rights organizations and international media, we can provide legal and humanitarian support, help in preparing documents for returning to their homeland and support these people in a comprehensive re-socialization in Ukraine.

We continue to support Ukrainians in Russian prisons and seek resources to help each of them return home. It seems impossible, but we, against all odds, believe in the power of civil society and the power of goodness. Good always and invariably conquers any evil.
