On October 21st, in Lisbon, Portugal, the 4th European Conference on Prison Health (October 21-22, 2024) will begin. Janina Stemkovska will present a report at the conference on the project to return Ukrainian prisoners who were illegally transported from the Kherson region to Russian prisons.
