Training “Identity as a visual brand language”

“No matter what situation a person is in, he retains his rights and has the opportunity to defend them, one strong-willed decision gives strength for further struggle. The will of man plus awareness will always be equal to the victory over the violation of human rights”.

This is one of the many conclusions made by the team after the training.

On September 15 in Tbilisi, Natalya Lobacheva, a professional graphic designer, spoke about the forms and methods of conveying the key messages of the organization, about the role of identity in brand building and what results can be achieved by choosing the right form of information presentation.

During the training “Identity as the visual language of a brand”, the team, together with the trainer, looked for answers to the questions: what is a brand? What role does identity play in brand building? How does the identity and its development options work in the context of brand values?

One of the key moments of the work was brainstorming, as a result of which the team found the “dna of the organization” – five key principles of work:

  • Faith in yourself and your strengths
  • Uniting the community/community around the idea
  • Dignity, respect
  • Self-sufficiency, independence
  • Responsibility (personal and mutual)

Also the team determined the purpose of the identity for the organization, the target audience and  its loyalty degree.
